With over 19 years of experience in real estate investment and development strategy, Jose Altamirano leads AltaSolum’s acquisition and development initiatives. His hands-on approach and strategic foresight have helped secure and grow a portfolio of properties spanning across NYC and the West Coast.

Jose's professional journey includes acquisitions of single-family and multi-family homes, co-ops, and development sites. His commitment to community is reflected in his service as a former board member of his Forest Hills, Queens co-op.

He holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Baruch College's Weissman School of Arts and Sciences and an Executive Certificate in Higher Education Research.

Alice oversees vacancy management, residential leasing, and provides operational and advisory support across the portfolio. Her focus is on tenant satisfaction and property performance.

Andrew plays a critical role in project leasing and co-development. His collaborative approach has helped shape AltaSolum’s tenant strategy and long-term planning.
